My journey

I came to naturopathy out of need

A mother of young children with an international career, I one day lost my balance. We needed a real reset as a family, and I looked for solutions that went beyond treating symptoms — a holistic approach to life.

Nature has always fascinated me. I saw the effectiveness and lasting results of a better lifestyle and a few simple habits. The benefits were such that I decided to become a naturopath to let others benefit too.

My passion: helping people, all over the world, in their own language.

What is naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach that aims to stimulate the body's natural self-healing mechanisms. It combines several techniques — nutrition, plants, hydrology, stress management, physical activity — according to naturopathic principles.

One of its founding principles is to care for the whole person in order to act on the root cause of the imbalance, not only the symptoms.
